Room3D ("we") provides a mobile app and website that let estate agents capture properties in 3D and publish walkable tours. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Room3D, Athens, Greece. For any privacy question or request, write to dodopoulos2@gmail.com.
The app uses the camera only while a scan is running. It does not record audio, and it does not read your photo library, contacts or location.
We use third parties to run the service. They act on our instructions and may not use the data for their own purposes:
Some of these providers operate outside the EEA. Where that happens, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
A scan records whatever is in the room. Agents are responsible for having the owner's or occupier's permission to scan a property, and should avoid capturing people, documents, photographs or anything else private. If you believe a published tour shows something it shouldn't, email dodopoulos2@gmail.com and we will take it down while we look into it.
Tours and their source scans are kept while the agent's account is active. Delete a listing and its tour and scan are removed from our systems. Close an account and we delete its content within 30 days, except where we must keep records for accounting or legal reasons.
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to send it elsewhere. Write to dodopoulos2@gmail.com and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
The service is for professional use and is not intended for anyone under 16.
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for anything significant, tell account holders by email.
